I'm glad you asked, I'm still trying to figure out my battery pack and wall charger for the AZT/PCT this year so I'll be watching for responses. Right now I'm leaning toward the Anker Powerport Speed II and Anker Powercore II 10K If anyone is aware of a 10k battery pack with power delivery let me know! So far the only PD packs I've found are massive 20k+

u/Rocko9999 · 5 pointsr/Ultralight

Just got the Powercore II 10,000. FWIW it charges from dead to full in 4 hours using this charger https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IUSYF8G/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1.

With my iPhone 7 plus I get a bit more than 2 full charges. It's a great bank.

u/mdwyer · 5 pointsr/amazonecho

Maybe, but I would recommend the Anker anyway. I trust them not to burst into flames when placed under a continuous load. Anker does have a different model with the plug rotated 90 degrees that might fit your outlet better, but it is also more than twice the cost.

Also, a cheap, noisy power supply coupled with cheap speakers without filtering might end up yielding you a lot more noise.

Can someone tell me the difference between these 3 10,000mAh Anker external batteries? One
Two
Three

I don't know the difference between Quick Charge 3.0;PowerIQ, PowerIQ, and PowerIQ II.

This is the wall charger I have. Which one of those external batteries will work best with my wall charger??

u/ffeverdream · 3 pointsr/Ultralight

I was looking into this today. Both aukey and anker seem to be making fairly compact dual port quick charge adapters.

Also found a 10,000mAh battery from ravpower that has quick charge input. Anyone using these adapters or battery?

I use this, charges both of them at the same with with fast charging.

u/iknsw · 2 pointsr/ipad

I hate to break it to you, but Anker's USB-C charger does not fast-charge the iPad Pro. Here's the response I got from Anker when I asked them about it.

'Glad to hear that you are interested in Anker products. Since the OEM charger of 12.9' iPad Pro uses Apple's Power Delivery technology with an input of 14.5V/2A, sorry to tell you that we have no charger which can charge as quickly as its OEM charger. However, our PowerPort Speed 2 (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IUSYF8G) can take 4:57:26 to fully charge 12.9' iPad Pro.'

u/thedarklord187 · 2 pointsr/ValveIndex

Op I recommend you buy this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01IUSYF8G/ref=emc_b_5_mob_t and use the supplied cables to charge the controllers usually charges fully from dead in about an hour or so

u/arunphilip · 2 pointsr/GalaxyNote9

Samsung sell this for 7 USD.

Else, pick up an Anker charger & cable, they're a trusted and reliable brand. They even sell multi-port chargers, so you can charge more than one device at a time.

u/Buddhalite · 2 pointsr/Moto_Z

If you're going to spend that much on a charger you may as well buy an Anker with more ports.

u/Midniteoyl · 1 pointr/ATT

This charger, with this cable. You can get the single port version, but for the price at the time ($18) I bought the double. The cables are awesome for the price though.

I can run both wifi's and Ethernet w/o the battery perfectly stable. No reboots for the last 6-7 weeks since.

I have an iPhone XS regular size.

To charge I have an Anker wireless charging mat that sits on my bedside table. Its connected to an Anker 39 watt brick with 2 usb slots. My watch charger is plugged into the other slot. I'm not sure if the charging mat is capable of fast charging, but it doesn't really matter because I put my phone on the mat at night and when I leave to workout (s3 cellular watch, thing is awesome) so I never really get to a point where I'm hurting for battery.

In the car I use this Kenu wireless charger. I kinda splurged a bit on the car one, but whatever. In the past I would have it sit on my leg and it would sometimes fall off and generally be a pain in the ass, so the fact that it holds it up is great. Benefit of upgrading from a touchid phone to a face id phone with this kind of setup is that you just have to tap the screen and it wakes up and a glance unlocks for any notifications.

I'm doing my best to embrace this wireless future. If I gotta spend a little extra to get there, that's cool with me.

u/GPickett · 1 pointr/GooglePixel

And this one rapid charges your phone?
I bought this one to work alongside the Type-A to Type-C Snowkids cables but it doesn't rapid charge: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IUSYF8G/

u/hotfuzz86 · 1 pointr/GalaxyS8

Ordered this a few days ago. It literally came this afternoon and seems to be working well: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IUSYF8G/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

u/Ruari999 · 1 pointr/lgv20

I bought this yesterday during the "cyber monday" deal, it was only $2 cheaper than that one at the time.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IUSYF8G/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Let's hope it works otherwise imma just buy yours, thanks.

This is the one i got, purely because it had good reviews and was the biggest I could find:

LG G4 Battery Case, ZeroLemon LG G4 8500mAh TriCell Extended Battery + Soft TPU Full Edge Protection Case (Compatible with all LG G4 variants) (4897010519648) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01181ODJI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_7-Qwyb67383AC

There are however some other alternatives if you don't like the price or bulkiness of the zerolemon;

PowerBear LG G4 Extended Battery [6500mAh] & Back Cover & Protective Case (Up to 2.15X Extra Battery Power) - Black [24 Month Warranty & Screen Protector Included] https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ZMLOHBA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_BaRwyb00TWPHF

Kranich Only Fits for LG G4 BL-51YF 8200mAh Extended Battery Replacement with Specialized TPU Protective Cover Case https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DM6XV2M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_wbRwybGASC54Y

And another thing, it's not widely stated but the LG G4 supports quickcharge/fastcharge so it's totally worth every penny to scoop up a quickcharger if you don't have one. I like the company Anker as I've been using them for years.

Anker Quick Charge 3.0 39W Dual USB Wall Charger, PowerPort Speed 2 for Galaxy S7 / S6 / Edge / Plus, Note 5 / 4 and PowerIQ for iPhone 7 / 6s / Plus, iPad Pro / Air 2 / mini, LG, Nexus, HTC and More https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01IUSYF8G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_LdRwyb94QRH6K

There are some other anker quickchargers as well if you only want 1 USB socket or if you want something like 8. And they vary from quickcharge 1.0 to 3.0 which is pretty much just different charge speeds.

u/loafloafers · 1 pointr/Ultralight

Thanks for contacting them.

I feel like it's worth noting, to get the quick charge input, you do need to use their QC input adapter. Assuming one would want a two port charger, Amazon has the QC 3.0 two port listed at 4.6 oz.

The older 10k (6.2oz) will charge a bit faster, in my experience, with my 2.4ax2 port (3oz) at around 6 hours. That is about the same listed on the newer 10k's amazon page of 5hr 40m with a 2a charger.

Assuming that the 4.6oz is accurate, there is a 2.6oz difference total for a savings of 2 hours if the 4hr charge time holds true as well. Still significant time savings but at a price.

u/lumensearcher · 1 pointr/flashlight

Do you know if this wall adapter would work if I plugged the USB charging cord into it and connected it to the charger that you recommended? I think it would, but I'd like to double check.

Anker Qualcomm Charger

u/plazman30 · 1 pointr/iphone

I get that. But there are other anker adapters that use USB-A, such as this one that's 39W. Why not just use that and save yourself the price of the cable?

u/Dewthedru · 1 pointr/Ultralight

hey /u/psychojunglecat3 , /u/vv0rm , and /u/kananjarrus

i got a response from anker...

First of all, let me thank you for your great support to Anker products. To your requirement, we would recommend below wall charger model for you, and you could use the blue QC port to recharge our PowerCore II 10000, and you will still have other 3 Power IQ port to charge your other devices:

https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Charge-Charger-PowerPort-PowerIQ/dp/B01N2HIR9R/ref=sr_1_11?s=wireless&ie=UTF8&qid=1495091165&sr=1-11&keywords=Anker+wall+charger

If two output ports are enough for your needs, you may also consider below model:

https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Charge-Charger-PowerPort-PowerIQ/dp/B01IUSYF8G/ref=sr_1_2?s=wireless&ie=UTF8&qid=1495091165&sr=1-2-spons&keywords=Anker+wall+charger&psc=1

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any further concerns. Thank you!*

u/Constant_Tilt · 1 pointr/GooglePixel

I've seen a lot of good things about that one. I realized I messed up one of the links in the original post where i meant to link to this. In the interest of not having to return it and shell out an extra $30, would you say it's safe to keep using?

u/MoodyHamudi · 1 pointr/NintendoSwitch

So if I were to get an Anker with 39W with quick charge 3.0 (Anker Quick Charge 3.0 39W Dual USB Wall Charger, PowerPort Speed 2 for Galaxy S7/ S6/ Edge/ Plus, Note 5/ 4 and PowerIQ for iPhone X / 8/ 7/ 6s/ Plus, iPad Pro/ Air 2/ mini, LG, Nexus, HTC and More https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01IUSYF8G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_weLfAbGAW8G9E) would it work?

Also I won't be playing there most likely. It's mainly for the plane ride.

u/tortnotes · 1 pointr/answers

Here's a good one: https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Charge-Charger-PowerPort-PowerIQ/dp/B01IUSYF8G/

You can only charge via USB so fast unless your device supports one of the technologies that negotiates faster charging. If your battery doesn't have that, then it can only charge so fast.

u/jpdell · 0 pointsr/NintendoSwitch

There seems to be a sale on Anker chargers. Would any of these be a great fit for the Switch? I don't want to run the chance of ruining it. Also if they are what would be a recommend charging cord? 4 Port

Quick charge 3.0
