I just got a new camera bag made by ape case, (here's the amazon link) and its one of the best bags i've used. I carry my camera almost every day and its one of the only bags i've ever used that gives me almost no back fatigue.

Its also really secure - that flap that comes over the top? If you zip both zippers at the top of the bag, the flap comes right over it very snugly. No wandering hands will be able to get to your zipper. There are also buckles on the side that you can use to secure the main compartment even more, as well as potentially use for lighter tripods (if you have something heavier you can still hook it in through loops at the bottom)
