Easy to assemble, reasonably priced, and fast delivery are all huge bonuses as well. Now my cat goes 3 places; her bed in my room, the food area, and the tree.

I have a fully grown cat who is ~16 lb (ideal weight is 14.5 so he's not Jabba the Hut fat) and he hasn't come close to knocking it over, even when he jumps from the top perch. I've had this cat tree for two years and haven't had any issues.
