The fx-8150 should do pretty well still, but you could think about overclocking if you wanted to (you would need to replace the stock cooler if you haven't already)
As for the GPU, that is still is a pretty good GPU, but really it depends on what you are doing. You could upgrade to asus radeon 7850(a 2GB gpu [I have this one, it's great]), or if you are feeling a little more ambitious, you could go for the asus radeon 7950 (you probably don't need this, but what the hell, right?)
