If you are in the USA you want version C.
The no warranty is because its the international version aka version "B" and a third party seller and is missing some LTE Bands specifically the ones that are probably more prominent in your area. Asus store currently has inventory go through there or B&H to make sure you get a US phone aka version C (if you are not in us this not really an issue). I’m not sure which Zenfone 6 Model you’ve been wanting to get your hands on, but Mobile Advance on Amazon’s website (For the 8GB RAM 256GB storage) says “In stock on August 16, 2019.” The link to the amazon page is:

Asus Zenfone 6? There's also the Galaxy A70. These don't have Sprint or Verizon support though.
