Just out of curiosity why do you feel you need an amp?

I haven't heard those Westone's so I'll recommend you other stuff such as:

Audio-Technica ATH-IM70 which is warmer than neutral so it'd fit your tastes.

Alternatively if you can stretch your budget the Audio-Technica ATH-IM02 is a very good choice as it's more balanced.
