You can get the EWACK Zaku https://www.amazon.com/Bandai-Hobby-EWACK-ZACK-Action-Figure/dp/B0028VOG5Y . But if you were looking for the regular MS-06D Desert Zaku https://gundam.fandom.com/wiki/MS-06D_Desert_Zaku , there is no kit that I know of. You'd have to make one yourself. It will be quite ambitious for a beginner, but you could get yourself a Zaku II and paint it blue. I would recommend a HGUC Zaku II, since those are cheap and good for beginners. As for painting it I can't help you there but there are plenty of tutorials on how to properly paint/airbrush gunpla online. Also you would need to custom make the head fins and left shoulder armor to make it look exactly like the Blue Team.

Edit: I did find a REALLY old desert zaku kit that has the right armor and head fins https://www.amazon.com/Desert-scale-Model-Bandai-Gundam/dp/B00030EUZS/ref=pd_sbs_21_t_0/134-9390487-1038535?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00030EUZS&pd_rd_r=708334a7-2ef5-4505-9017-12b92b803f3b&pd_rd_w=uzCaS&pd_rd_wg=tyZac&pf_rd_p=5cfcfe89-300f-47d2-b1ad-a4e27203a02a&pf_rd_r=3JNX062JAWDCYBMPMQVQ&psc=1&refRID=3JNX062JAWDCYBMPMQVQ . But it would have to be painted blue and glued together, and I have no idea how it would hold up as it is such an old kit.
