If you want to physically exfoilate I'd reccomend this. It's very gentle, not like a scrub. I use it daily in the morning and it gets my skin smooth. My SFs tend to poke out and this helps. I can't live without this thing. You may be able to find it at your local Asian market, that's where I get mine. It's 10 bucks and lasts a long time.
