I didn't have much luck finding a complete free M4B (Apple) format, but I didn't search iTunes, only Google.
May I also suggest not using the KJV? There's no good reason to listen to the KJV when there are easier-to-follow versions available, like the ESV. What's your reason for choosing the KJV?
Many of the mobile OSes have free bible apps that have the text of many versions, and the free audio for several. I use this one on my Kindle HDX (Android) because it has a non-annoying version of the NLT, which is about the best one to listen to because it was made specifically for reading out loud.
