I came here to say something similar. I don't like superfeet as much as I like the 3/4 length Birkinstock blue footbed.
I have these in my steel-toe workboots and my hiking boots. I can be on my feet all day without any problems at all.
Also regarding pain/fatigue from being on your feet. You'd be well off to do core exercises to improve your posture. Getting your spine aligned right will shift your weight into the large muscles in your body the way it is designed to be.
