Thank you!

Well first off, my natural hair texture is pretty darn curly. Also I've lightened/darkened/damaged it a ton of times, so it's prone to split ends and dryness. I only wash my hair about once every four days so I'm not heat-styling it too often, and my hair usually holds the curl for about 3 days.

That said, here's what I use. For shampoo/conditioner I usually use Matrix's Sleek shampoo/conditioner, or the Biolage Keratindose conditioner. I usually try to let my hair air dry before I heat style it.

When I do blow dry (I suck so bad at it), I spray some Blow Pro Primer all over, and just roughly blow dry.

Now it's flat iron time. I spray all my hair (from about 2 inches away from the roots and down) with AG Firewall and then separate into two sections, the top half of my head and the bottom half. If that doesn't make sense, it's basically how she separates her hair in this tutorial.

I use my flat iron to straighten the top 1/3 of each hair section and then curl the bottom 2/3 toward my face. I do that to the entire bottom layer of hair. When all the bottom layer is done I move to the top layer, curling all of that away from my face. Here's a youtube on how to curl with a flat iron.

Once it's all done, I finger-comb to break up the curls a bit and put a tiny dab of finisher like Living Proof Satin Hair Serum or even coconut oil, and run that through just the lower half of my hair and my ends.

Sorry... I know that's a lot, but lob styling is effing tricky if you're not used to it!
