I had brutal nausea, I work from home so mostly I lived with it, but take cues from your body. Eating every few hours helps, some people like ginger (I found it made my acid reflux worse), I found a homeopathic nausea medicine called coculine that worked well and is safe for pregnancy. I found that certain foods (tacos) made me feel amazing but my food aversions changed every few minutes so I learned quickly not to go overboard when stocking up on foods that were working for me. At about 10 weeks the nausea calmed down a lot and by 15 weeks it was gone. Everyone is different, but even knowing that there might be an end in sight helped get me through ;)
