The Echo goggles are single pane, correct? They don't have thermal lenses so they'll fog pretty easily. If I remember correctly the Valken Zulu goggles are dual pane thermal lenses which SHOULD cut down on fogging. It may not woklrk for you though. I managed to fog them before.
If you want no fogging without any fans/sprays/wipes, you can go for the Bollé X800 goggles. The frame is seperate from the lens, so it allows air to flow freely on the lens itself. I use the newer version (the X810) and I haven't gotten them to fog once! Though I had to order overseas off of eBay to get the X810s into Canada.
