Unearth for $22 is a great deal on a fun medium-weight game. It's a nice combination of dice rolling and placement (placement strategy being at least as important as dice luck), and set collection, with a really top notch art aesthetic.
It's seen a lot of play at my game nights, easy for casual players to pick up but with enough strategy and variability to keep veterans engaged.
My wife and I really enjoy Unearth. The artwork and “story” are beautiful. There are multiple routes to victory, but it is nearly impossible to capitalize on all of them in one game.
Unearth is a really great board game, linked here:

Great review. And, I like your site! I am considering starting up a similar blog.
It looks like there are two versions on Amazon. Is there a difference?

Off-topic but could you tell me a bit about how and when you introduced your kids to Warhammer? I have two kids, 3 and 1, who are probably too young to consider getting started. But, it sounds like you started your kids at 4 - which means it's almost time for me! How on earth did you get a 4-year-old to grasp Warhammer? I find it a bit challenging myself. Any tips would be super helpful as I'd love to do this with my own kids.
