It's weights. It will be a half rack most likely (literally shopping for it now). Similar-ish to this one Not that exact one, but that is the general style. So that, a bench, a bar/weights obviously, and some adjustable weight plate dumbbells.

So, like this?

Entry is bottom left where the speaker/outlet is written out, there is a hallway immediately left to the bedroom and bathroom. This is all to scale by the way, give or take a few pixels for human error.

Yeah, I took my squats up to 315 lbs in this:

Cap Barbell Deluxe Power Rack (FM-CB8000F) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00I04Z52G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_oGoZCbB4KT6W0

It is solid and goes on sale for 160 usually on black Friday. Rack is rated at 600 lbs but safeties only to 300 lbs, and I bent one of the safety pins a bit rowing 250ish dead stop kinda hard. Still I think you'd be better served with a titan T2 or Fitness Reality 810XLT full cage with the Amazon essentials flat bench (look up coops somewhat humurous review of it) at ~350 total cost racks and bench) as a starter IMO and get a good adjustable later as an upgrade.

sometimes people make a distinction between a power cage (enclosed) and a squat rack (open on one side), or a full rack / half rack.

I like the full racks. My gym just put in a row of them and I can do my whole workout in one or two stations. Some day I want to make space in my workshop for one.

This one is the one eveyone has: https://www.amazon.ca/Cap-Barbell-Deluxe-Power-Cage/dp/B00I04Z52G/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?keywords=squat+rack&qid=1564938597&s=gateway&sr=8-4 but there is no dip station but you can use weights to make it stable.

Both will wobble for fast pullups. Rings will be more stable but the rack is too low to do ring pull ups unless you are pretty short.

This is the one you want.

Edit: Just realized it's only rated for 300. I use it heavier without issue.

It is this one. I ordered it from amazon. It was on of the few that shipped to me (I live outside of the lower 48 of the US). It was pretty easy to put together too so that's always good!

The half rack I bought, (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00I04Z52G?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00) while it is working out really well, sadly has a good amount of side to side sway. Bolting it down to my platform, seems to of helped that quite a bit, although it still has some moevment at the top (+/-1.5" sway)

The rack isn't to bad to move, although all we do is pull it out of its corner for use. Its pretty light for a half rack, cheaper quality, but I've had 315 on it and its been fine, just don't slam the weights into it when reracking lol. I've also failed on a 315 squat stepping forward into the rack and dropping the weights off my back onto the spotter arms and it didn't have any problems:

A higher quality half rack will probably weigh some more and be more difficult to move.

The stationary bike has wheels on it, similar to a hand truck, and so does the Bowflex 5.1 bench we have so everything is very mobile.

For a home gym, this is honestly all you need and its relatively cheap if you want Amazon free shipping(with prime).

I have a studio apartment and use a half rack (something kind of like this but not exactly). Then I have an adjustable bench that goes under it. It's great for squats and benching. Then I have a custom-built narrow deadlift platform made of plywood topped with foam. You don't really need a huge platform unless you want to do Oly lifts, which probably isn't happening in your apartment.

If I were to do it again, I'd probably go even smaller (and cheaper) by getting squat stands like these. A rack is probably a little sturdier, but the stands are more versatile. You could probably rig them up to do dips off of, which is something I don't currently have equipment for.
