Honestly, if I were you, I'd get either the Anker or the Monoprice, depending on your specific needs. I own the Anker and love it, but it's a bit large for traveling. I've had my eye on the Monoprice but it's been at $21 (which for a 45W charger is still cheap!). I only found the $17 price today thanks to compiling this response for you and actually ordered two for myself. It doubles as being quite sufficient for most laptops that charge via USB Type-C, which is awesome!

Yes it charges, and it works. I've used it more and it does decrease while playing. That being said, I can still get a couple of hours out of it easy, but depending on the game it can drain faster with some games over others. I've seen that they now have another charger that is about $1-2 more and claims to have the PD charging feature and is 18 (instead of 15 of the charger linked in OP). I haven't tested it, but was planning to get one soon. I imagine this charger may do a bit better job keeping up with the drain rate: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071SHKFRB/
EDIT: actually it seems unavailable now, so idk.. but the original linked charger at top works pretty well, I've yet to have the switch die on me while using it docked.

Choetech has the cheapest PD wall charger I've found. I have 2. They work great with mine.
