If you're interested in Natural Law, you might check out Natural Law: A Brief Introduction and Biblical Defense by David Haines. I've got this one lined up to read when I get into studying Political Philosophy. It seems like a good book on the subject.
There are two books I started out with when learning Philosophy:
This book has a nice historical introduction to Philosophy, and is also very Reformed. It has a couple of chapters dedicated to Reformed Epistemology. It's definitely worth a read.
This is a great introduction to Philosophy focused around worldviews. There is a very good chapter on Epistemology there.
