My favorite international flight outfit is a loose tee-shirt dress (which I belt, but I take the belt off once I'm trying to get comfy), a long cardigan, leggings, and slip-on shoes. I'll keep some socks in my bag, along with my glasses so I can take out my contacts and really sleep. And these disposable toothbrushes are AWESOME for making you feel like a human again; you don't need water, and you don't even need to spit. These deodorant wipes are also amazing, almost as good as a shower. (You know. Relatively speaking.) Oh, and if you want to get really fancy, take a fresh pair of underwear that you can change into in the bathroom before customs. And dry shampoo! Aww yeah, brushed teeth, clean underarms, clean hair, and fresh underwear, you'll feel like a whole new person.

Edit: I spelled "underwear" wrong. You should totally trust me.

I would say that's not the norm here. There are some people that will do this, but I'd consider it strange in the US to bring a toothbrush to work and brush your teeth there. I've known some that use these as an alternative.

Personally, I brush when I wake up, then at night before I go to bed. I may have a mint during the day to help convince myself my teeth aren't rotting.

1)a snow stake for a trowel weighs 1oz, and tp weighs just as little. pooping regularly enough to need to have them on you is priceless.

2)take one or two of these

and overall, you don't follow through with your premise, you're not proposing any real departure from standard UL practice. although i think everyone was assuming that not being a filthy beast was a given part of standard UL methodology.

You could get some of those waterless disposable toothbrushes Colgate Max Fresh Wisp Disposable Mini Toothbrush, Peppermint - 24 Count (4 Pack) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071DPCBQG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_ENDoDbGR3KFH6

[I really like using these over carrying a brush and toothpaste. They weigh basically nothing and you can bring exactly as many as you need] (https://www.amazon.com/Colgate-Fresh-Disposable-Toothbrush-Peppermint/dp/B071DPCBQG)
Edit: you can get single bags at most grocery stores for 6 or 7 bucks
