This 750W PSU would run your setup just fine with no issues even with overclocking for $60. I would take this over the NZXT PSU.
Looks pretty good, though you may want to get a nicer PSU. A little more wattage might help if you plan to overclock your CPU and/or GPU

Replace hard drive with a 500gb/1tb ssd (here is a good ram/ssd kit), replace monitor with 1080p 60hz (you won't be able to hit high framerates with a lower end graphics card, or you can just plan for the future with that 144hz), replace power supply with something better like this if you have Amazon Prime.
