Yes, it's really hard to avoid sun in cars during the summer months. If you're comfortable with looking like a huge dork, there is sun protective clothing that you can wear to cover up your face: https://www.amazon.com/Coolibar-UPF-Unisex-Face-Mask/dp/B07MJH9VPY Depending on who you're with, this might not be a big deal or it could be super awkward. I have no problem using it in front of my fiancee, who thinks it's hilarious when I put it on, haha. It's also great for when you're just driving alone. It's not a great solution but for me it's worth it during this time of year- I don't bother with it unless it's a really sunny day.
