At that price point I would recommend:

You will not find more than 8 GB of RAM for under $100 that is of any quality. When sorting through pcpartpicker there were none under $100 at more than 8 GB.
I strongly recommend buying 1x8GB instead of 2x4GB to leave yourself more room to upgrade later. You will find very quickly that 8 GB of RAM will most likely not be enough for current, or future memory intensive projects.
Corsair is a trusted brand that is compatible with the vast majority of motherboard manufacturers. The only boards that have issues with Corsair RAM are specific ASUS boards from 1st gen DDR4 (Z170 Pro Gaming as an example) that will only clock at default speed.
Good luck.
There was a thread a couple days ago with the same RAM
But amazon has more speed options for varying prices. You can get a 1x8gb @ 3000mhz instead of 2400 for £37.10 with free delivery (compared to Ebuyers £35.50 including delivery).

3000mhz here single stick is 28. You can get 2 sticks new for 53 delivered. Also 2400mhz has lower demand and prices it's only intel suitable, as ryzen should be run with 3000mhz minimum.
Well that sucks.. this is a good choice if you can't wait for prices to drop / restock.
Found these on Amazon:

Im actually doing a build which has the same price range. If you want a more upgradable, better performing one (because it has a better gpu) follow this one. For the record, for those games hes never gonna need more than 240gb ssd, and that cooler isnt necesarry (one comes in the cpu box)
All of them are on amazon because pcpartpicker doesnt stock

Just found out that Amazon UK is delivering to Ireland. You might be able to get 1060 3GB within your budget. Total comes to £475, don't know about the delivery charge as I'm Prime member so it shows free for me.

Is this one good??
You can also get this ram for around the same price I bought 4 sticks and it works great https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CMK8GX4M2D2400C14-Vengeance-Performance-Desktop/dp/B07B4FRMGV/ref=mp_s_a_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1550149845&sr=8-6&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=3000mhz+ddr4&dpPl=1&dpID=41WbiceILFL&ref=plSrch
Without a graphics card, it may cost around 40k-50k. You can buy a graphics card later if you require.

Edit: I would suggest
processor: i5 9400F (this processor is without onboard graphics)
MB: Gigabyte B36M
Graphics Card: GTX 1050Ti (If you want to spend more you can go for 1650)
Ram: Corsair
Go with This RAM instead.
Ah okay, so do you think it would be sufficient if I just bought 1*8GB for now? I'm thinking something like this Corsair one or HyperX.

Yeah i think that's what i'm going to do, i was just looking at this one and it confused me.
as another guy on this post has pointed out before I realised; there are better deals like this one for example because its faster and with free shipping https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CMK16GX4M2D3000C16-Vengeance-Performance-Desktop/dp/B07B4FRMGV I recommend going to /r/pcmasterrace and telling them what you want your build for etc and what your budget is and get them to recommend you a build. Some good guys over there that have helped me a ton
