Alright here we go, it's close to budget, but the looks and performance are amazing.

I went with a White/Black Design with RGB Lighting. I should be just a bit above budget after tax. This PC should crush High/Ultra detail VR, Streaming, Workstation, 120FPS+ AAA 1080p Gaming, Competitive eSports, and even Light Server Loads.
It should be $1704.06 Pre-Tax and around $1850 After Tax
Pretty reasonable on Amazon at the moment -- about $125
>CPU: AMD ryzen 2600x (will go to 3series)
Unless you are baller, you could go with a cheaper placeholder processor. Perhaps a 2200G that would bring integrated graphics to a future budget/HTPC.
>Psu: Seasonic prime platinum 850w
I would get the Corsair RMX White in 850 Watts. It has white cables, while most white power supplies have black cables. That way you do not need aftermarket white extensions.

>HDD: 2x240gb Kingston SSD
Not if these are DRAM-less A400 drives. They will be slow, particularly as they get close to full. Better to buy a Gigabyte UD Pro or the Crucial MX500.
GIGABYTE UD PRO 512GB SATA 6Gbps 2.5" Internal SSD
Crucial MX500 500GB SATA 6Gbps 2.5" Internal SSD
YouTube: What Are DRAM-less SSDs?
>HDD: 1tb WD black 7200rpm backup drive
Often a 2 TB or a 3 TB drive will be only a few dollars more. This means it is much cheaper per gigabyte.
Seagate Constellation ES 3 TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5"
I thought both of those SSDs were NVMe. This is so complicated! haha but the case you changed to is actually the one I was looking at after I posted this, so I'm totally down with that one. The rest looks really good too, actually. What do you think about this memory instead of the one you suggested? I like the way it looks, but if the one you suggested works better, I'm good with it. I'm going for a white, very little black, and pink color scheme but ultimately I want a working computer rather than a pretty brick.

im planning on looking into the Corsair carbide 275R(?) in white for my build, can't remember if that's the exact model number or whatever but it's a sleek white case with a big side panel window. she might like that.
when you mean girly do you mean like, pink? what else would you define as girly? in any case, Razer has a quartz series that's all pink peripherals. i have the headset that's nice and im looking into the mouse and keyboard currently (am doing a pink/white build hey, but since you're not then idk take a peek.)
white ram with RGB, maybe this? there's also like the team Delta ram that's white and RGB
sorry if the formatting is weird. am mobile.
How much better is this than corsair paired with a ryzen 2700(x)? Also plan on getting the Asus - ROG Strix B450-I MOBO.

Is the marginal performance worth it? At this point it's performance vs. aesthetic for me.

Noticed you didn't have a Mobo, you need one to mount everything to work. You can get 450M's as well which is cheaper, but doesn't have the same improvements as 570's:

Here's some RGB Ram that are cheaper and have more reviews: https://www.newegg.com/team-16gb-288-pin-ddr4-sdram/p/N82E16820331285

This is a white case fan that you can use as well, it's slightly lower in quality but it's another option: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002KTVFTE/?tag=pcpapi-20
Here's a white RGB AIO, as well. Not sure if ordering from the manufacturer won't cause problems, because there's no sellers selling it normally: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Liquid-Cooling/Dual-Radiator-Liquid-Coolers/Hydro-Series%E2%84%A2-H100i-RGB-PLATINUM-SE-240mm-Liquid-CPU-Cooler/p/CW-9060042-WW

Not sure if I wanna go RGB yet
Would like your input
I'm thinking of buying a Ryzen 3600 and am wondering what RAM to buy. I saw another post mentioning Hynix vs Samsung and got slightly worried. Someone else also mentioned I could overclock either 3000/3200 to 3733 (optimal frequency for Ryzen apparently) and so it wouldn't matter which one I would get.
I'm currently thinking of buying one of these sets:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CMW16GX4M2C3200C16W-Vengeance-Enthusiast-Illuminated/dp/B07D5SN1ZK/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=rgb+16gb+ram&qid=1562968837&s=gateway&sr=8-1
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CMK16GX4M2D3000C16-Vengeance-Performance-Desktop/dp/B07B2Y1N8B/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=16gb+ram&qid=1562969143&s=gateway&sr=8-3
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CMK16GX4M2B3200C16-Vengeance-Performance-Desktop/dp/B0143UM4TC/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=16gb+ram&qid=1562969156&s=gateway&sr=8-4
My other specs will be:
GPU: GTX 1060 3GB
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
Mobo: B350 Tomohawk (Arctic)
Essentially I'm not sure what matters for buying RAM (especially for Ryzen) other than its frequency. Are these choices good or should I go for something entirely different?
Thanks for any help!
