Oh my GOSH this is so fuuuun, I wish I had kids to make baskets for, I love this stuff! So here are my go-tos:

  1. Play dough, or crayola air clay. Why BUY dinosaurs when you can MAKE YOUR OWN dinosaurs?

  2. Bubbles, but these are bubble guns that light up. Cheap, comes with 2! ALWAYS put bubbles in baskets. Bubbles are 100% fun 100% of the time!

  3. This POkemon sticker set has 10 sheets, which you can split into 5 sheets for each kiddo. Fair is fair!

  4. Check out this dinosaur excavation kit! It's a steal for 5 bucks.

  5. These Mario blocks filled with chocolate coins are super cool!

  6. Educational science kits for backyards are a great way to keep kiddos smart and occupied.

  7. Let's be honest, this would be adorable and hilarious for the 6 year old kiddo!

  8. This dinosaur book is adorable, too

  9. Kites are universally fun, video games or not!

  10. Styluses are easy to lose. The older kiddo could probably use some fun Pokemon ones before the inevitable.

they have many different types, I use the plane white ones since they take watercolor well

this is not the particular brand i use at the moment, since i'm not in the US right now, but i have used this brand in the past

Oh man, you are the best for holding this contest! I am a SAHM and I need some new crafty/activity stuff to help keep the kids entertained! This modeling clay would be awesome! It's fun and promotes: creativity, hand-eye coordination, color recognition, etc....

I have 2 kids in the proper age range for this stuff and it would just make their day!

) is the best clay my twin girls can play with - it doesn't grind into carpets easily, it can air-dry, it won't crumble like moon dough, and it won't dry into spiky nuggets that hurt when you step on them. :)

It's also good for stress relieving for us grown-ups too, as it has a nice consistency when you knead it in your hands - not sticky or mushy like regular clay.
