Anyways, choose that one and choose to bundle it with Office 365 Personal, and you'll get the same laptop that you bought, except this one has a high end 1080p IPS display, comes with a year of Microsoft Office 365, and is only $519 CAD. If you want to add more RAM to it, you can easily get this and add it in to put it up with the one you got already, and it'll still be cheaper and better.
As far as Office goes, it's just there to get the bundle discount. Without Office, it'd cost $599. This is just a cool promotion.
Well it's actually within your budget. I paid $1,076 for a Sexy thin, and light laptop with an 2.5ghz i5 (wish I had the money for the i7 ]:) 6 gigs of ram, a beautiful 15.5 Full HD 1080p IPS Display, backlit keyboard, a 500GB 7200 rpm HDD (which I will be replacing with a 256gb SSD), and a nice KEPLER gt 640m le GPU that can be overclocked to 650m levels safely! Not to mention that it comes with a FREE PS3 or Vita, which if sold actually makes the final price of the laptop $750! As for the ram, it comes with 4GB soldered, and a 2GB stick that can be replaced with an 8GB stick like this ULV One resulting in a total of 12GBs of RAM!
