Another option - The CURT one is $155 on Amazon and it doesn't look difficult to install, most any shop could do it in an hour or two. Although if you also need wiring for brake lights (i.e. if you're doing this to pull a utility trailer not just mount a bike rack), I'd think that would add significantly to the cost.
