Thank you! He's been making such leaps and bounds in growing up, but he hasn't regressed or pushed back about anything, so I don't think we're going too fast. He even loves his own room, although he has ended up in my bed at some point after midnight every time so far. It seems like he might be falling out of bed and that's what is waking him up, so maybe mattress rails will fix it. His bed was previously pushed against ours but he'd still fall out on the other side every now and again.

I just stumbled across them since we're not quite ready to move 18m to his own room but I want my floor space back. Technically they are futon mattress that go on the floor. I like the idea of being able to use it as a "spare bed" once they're both in their room for real, too.
