My work gives us planners that might work for you for meetings. I just talked them into buying this for me, I was hoping to use the blank space for like a running to do list. I mostly use my outlook calendar to track meeting times, because I have to use my planner to track billable hours, so it doesn't really work to put meetings in ahead of time, but maybe it would work for you? They definitely aren't cute though.
