I found out about Neurodiversity from the intro to Deaf Gain: Raising the Stakes for Human Diversity and it made complete sense.

Honestly, I was bit surprised to find out that the word "Neurodiversity" was coined in 2007. But I'm happy to see that it's helping more minorities assert themselves.

OP, you're not the only one doing work. See Biocultures Manifesto. There has already been a lot of legwork done with dialogue and thinkings. There's Intersectionality. You should read stuff in other fields (queer studies, feminism, deaf studies, and so on).
