Do not roll with ringworm, ever. Long sleeve rashguard or not. Stay off the mat until it's cleared up. Be considerate of your training partners.

I've had ringworm several times in the past due to training partners with unwashed gis, dirty mats, and long drives home post-training. Haven't gotten it since I began to use defense soap on my entire body (hair and beard as well) after every training session. Whenever it popped up in the past I use Lamisil, which kills it in a few days. You can find Lamisil at pretty much any pharmacy or supermarket. And I always took several days off training. They say once it flakes it's safe to train but I gave it until it was completely cleared up every time just to be safe. I didn't want to be the asshole spreading it all over the gym.

I can relate with the cysts, one thing I have found that has helped me tremendously is Defense bar soap. It’s made of all natural ingredients and it’s to help with antifungal. It keeps all cysts or boils at bay, and if you feel one coming on, wash the infected area and I swear it works wonders.

Another thing too, the same happened under my breasts, and as uncomfortable as this may make you feel, I have just rid of all my bras. I know it’s the societal norm to wear them but the discomfort is unreal, and the pain it causes is too much. I have not had any sores, cysts, nothing under my breasts since.

PCOS is a bitch.

I've been thinking of giving Defense Soap a shot. It has tea tree oil which I've read is anti-fungal. I'm sure it wouldn't be as strong as an Rx cream, though.

Have you found a source for larger amounts of anti-fungals? The tiny tubes I find don't last if you're trying to cover a larger area (like everywhere!)
