Reddit mentions of DELL S2340L 23IN LED FULL HD

Thanks for the answer indeed ; i am not sure i want to spend 300€ on a monitor ( a 1440p ips one ) though. I think i will go for the VX239H i saw earlier but i still would like to know an opinion on

• Acer H257HU 1440p ips
  
• Asus PB258Q 1440p ips
  
  Also, what are the differences between the VX239H and Dell S2340L

I don't really game -- so I can't make a gaming specific recommendation. But I have had two of these monitors for the past year and am extremely happy with them:

It is IPS and glossy -- so the color reproduction and viewing angles are magnificent. A drawback is the increased glare if you are next to windows or have bright lights on your desk. Response time is 7ms which is pretty good for IPS.

I have had this for 6 months now and I love it. Slightly over your budget though.
