For a 1080P non-gaming monitor, IMO, you can't go wrong with that one, and it's in-budget. You can also neaten up cabling by daisy chaining DP across two of them (if you center monitor accepts DP, maybe all three - note that you have to turn on MST in the monitor).
I'm not jacked, have RSI, and an poorly healed ancient injury in my left wirst, and I can lift them with my left hand, no problem. With integrated WLED backlights, all edge-lit monitors have gotten very light.
I use this Dell monitor. Hope it'll serve me well for Photoshop!

Any ultra sharp Dell monitor in your price range. Their designs are sleek and non gamey. They boast one of the highest quality panels in the monitor industry. They're factory calibrated for color accuracy. They have one of the thinnest bezels in the market with infinity display. I have 2 400$+ ones and they are beautiful and worth every dollar I spent. I don't know how great they are for gaming though since I game on a separate monitor. They're meant for basic desktop usage and productivity which response time doesn't matter as much. I tried 4k gaming on the $1.2k one but it was screen tearing all over the place. The 2k dell monitor didn't screen tear at all. I had to vsync it but that increase response time. But those are the best monitors imo that fit the purpose you specified.

I also have one if you wanted multiple of the same. Came from my triple monitor setup (replaced main monitor with a gaming one). Panel looks very good imo.
