This is really the only concern. I take a multivitamin and an Omega-3 supplement every day. As long as you're eating a good variety of foods, you shouldn't have anything to worry about besides B12.

Breakfast

• Mix of bulgar, quinoa, frozen veggies, and nutritional yeast (sometimes with lentils or other beans as well)
