I usually order him this cause it's a good value but I don't know what stores would have it. He's not too picky. He's a small/medium breed that's 8 years old. Anything will work. :-)

I haven't tried the Purina in your list, but I have two of my own dogs and two foster chihuahuas so I had to start buying an affordable, healthy food with tiny kibble so the chi's can eat it.
I get the Diamond Naturals from Amazon. Good ingredients and around 1.25 per pound (I do that too!). Also check your grocery shelves. My local grocery store has Evolve on sale a LOT and it's good quality and small bites, too. Cesar recently had a buy one get one free coupon stuck onto their bags. See if you can find some.
Eggs are great! Especially see if you have a local person with a few backyard chickens. We buy a dozen brown free-range eggs for 2.00 here.
