I have one similar. As a sofa it is very comfortable, and does not look like a bed at all. To fold it down flat takes about 15 seconds.
Edit: Just measured mine. It is 190cm, so will easily fit across the short wall. Even enough space for a small 40cm cupboard next to it into which you can stuff your duvet, pillows and sheets.
Edit 2: I am in UK. Bought mine, in great condition, for ยฃ50 off Facebook Marketplace. That is far less than you would spend on wood.
