Awesome Idea, now I just need a wall mount.

Edit: Found one on Amazon
Unfortunately, you can't. You can email the guy and see if he'll do one for you but they're around $400 and he only makes them in limited runs.
I use a Google Nexus 7 tablet ($150), one of these wall mounts ($15), and the Dartbot app. The app pretty much perfectly replicates the dartmaster III and even has the options for playing against a virtual opponent like the dartmaster III does. The developer is on this subreddit and that's how I found out about it.
These might not be exactly what you're looking for but I can highly recommend them https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00JV75FC6/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I grabbed one of these and ran power to it. Mine isn't permanent as it is used as a book reader and for guests.

Nah I bought it from Amazon. They work just fine with my Kindle fire.

The tablet in my living room I mounted with magnets. I used epoxy to attach 2 large magnets to the back of the tablet and 2 magnets behind blank electrical cover plates. I'm using magnetic micro-USB cables for the chargers and powering them off of PoE so I don't have to mess with mains voltage. You can just grab the tablet and pull it off the wall.
For the other tablets, I bought plastic brackets off of Amazon and used the same magnetic micro-usb cables and POE power.
