Marvel has not ever rebooted like DC has, but there are definitely places where you can jump on.

• Doctor Strange has a few good graphic novels you can jump right into without any prior reading, such as Triumph and Torment and The Oath. His current solo series, which starts with Doctor Strange by Jason Aaron vol. 1: Way of the Weird is not very far along and is a pretty good read as well.
  
• A good place to start with modern Spider-Man stories is Amazing Spider-Man: Brand New Day. If you'd rather read about teenage Peter Parker, check out the Spidey series by Robbie Thompson.
  
• With Iron Man, a good place to start is Invincible Iron Man by Matt Fraction vol. 1: The Five Nightmares
  
• For Ant-Man, check out Ant-Man by Nick Spencer vol. 1: Second Chance Man
  
• For Guardians of the Galaxy, you should read Guardians of the Galaxy by Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning: The Complete Collection, vol. 1.
