I've been buying and reading the collected TPBs. Panini have collected nearly all their DWM comics into TPBs all of which are still in print. These ones specifically were in this trade. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Doctor-Who-Emperor-Daleks-Dr/dp/1846538076/
The wiki has a full list of them on this page under the Panini header. http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Doctor_Who_Magazine_graphic_novels
All that's left to collect (aside from the most recent Capaldi issues) are the stories from a period between the 7th Doctor and 8th Doctor runs where DWM had stories bouncing between Doctors (like the Big Finish Main Range). Land of the Blind is out in July and collects the first half of these strips leaving only the run from The Curse of the Scarab to Doctor Who and the Fangs of Time to be collected, which should fit into a single TPB. I assume the final collection will be called Ground Zeroes since that's the most famous/infamous story from that final set of anthology stories with various Doctors.
