You might have a blade that won't rust with stainless steel, but a lot of people find them difficult to hone. Some don't though! Others say stainless has a different face feel.
I'd also take a look at some Dovo Stainless Steel Razors. Also, Boker makes a pretty affordable stainless razors.
As you probably know, good straight razors are most often made with Carbon Steel which can spot and stain if not promptly dried and maintained. I would argue that part of owning and using a straight razor is proper maintenance - stropping, honing, cleaning, polishing. If you're all into these principles of straight razors, oxidization and rust shouldn't begin to be a problem!
I understand wanting to mitigate any problems on your end with the looks of your razor, but I wouldn't worry too much. Some of the most beautiful razors I've ever seen are 200 year old restored blades by the restoration masters out there.
Also - HeartSteel razors are nice, made in the USA. I haven't used them - but have read reviews.
