The Earth's Recipe Energy Boosting Toner is $23.80 on Amazon right now. I haven't seen it any cheaper than $34 anywhere. Just bought a replacement one!
Are you in US? The world is full of hydrating toners, and tbh I find Hado Labo to be good, but not game changing. Here are some I want to try that are on Amazon Prime:
Hado Labo Premium -- Supposed to be better than the Gokyujun and it's available on Amazon Prime.

Earth's Recipe -- K-Beauty blogger Fiddy Snails is all about this one, but it's expensive.
Whamisa Organic Flowers Toner -- This one got a good review on Skin and Tonics recently. Also expensive.
