I just bought this one a couple weeks ago, it was on sale for $179, looks like it's a bit more than that at the moment. It has great reviews and works absolutely perfect for me, I live alone in a 1 bedroom apartment with no pets. It cover my entire place, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/dining area and living room without getting stuck on anything. I was concerned it wouldn't be able to find it's way back to the base due to the somewhat strange layout but it has made it back every time so far.
After a couple weeks I absolutely love it. I have it scheduled to run M/W/F while I'm at work and coming home to a freshly vacuumed apartment is the best.

I live in NYC so 2500 sqft is considered medium. LOL. I guess it depends on location.
This is the one I use. It is just under $200, works great, and is WiFi-capable so you can control it via app. I recommend it!
