Enell makes, hands down, the best sports bra I've ever found for busty ladies, and I've tried many. It's not cute and it can be a bear to get on, but their high impact compression bra (amazon product link) is the only one that has ever worked for me. I never thought I could be a jogger because of my chest, but this one lets me! Well, it lets me try, anyway.
Enell is my favorite for hi impact workouts, I refer to it as my boob harness 🤣 It's going to feel pretty snug on your ribs.
Is F equivalent to a DDD? If so, I use Victoria's Secret for medium-low impact workout. The way the band/cups are set up puts way less strain on my neck.

It's a bit pricey, but definitely holds everything in place.
When I was that band and cup size (38G/GG) I wore an Enell sports bra size 3. (I now wear the same one as a 34/36 G/GG in a 2). It's super effing ugly, but ZERO BOUNCE and that's really what I'm looking for for running and stuff.

When I had my reduction, I wore the front zipping sports bras from lane Bryant.. https://www.lanebryant.com/catalog/search.cmd?form_state=searchForm&keyword=Sports+bra&searchType=Typed&mboxSiteCd=LB. I don't see them on here but they zipped up the front.
Before surgery I always wore the enel sports bra, they were amazing.

Hey, we're the same size! Can I ask you about sports bras? I'm a very petite long-distance runner (5'1, 105 pounds) so I bought Enell bras and sewed the straps a lot higher, really tight. Now my boobs don't bounce, but my shoulders and back HURT.
