This really depends on what your fiancé already has in her collection! If you're starting from nothing, I'd say you need base and topcoat. I'd also reccommend a glass file, acetone-free nail polish remover and jojoba oil for cuticle care. I really can't give any recommendations on that because it depends on your budget and your needs.
