Edit: Oh yeah, and the NIC... forgot about that since that was eBay and not Amazon. =P
Beautiful tiny PC but here's a very friendly price break down. I'm using new prices here from Amazon except for the fan. This isn't taking into consideration whether the parts are a day or a year old they are officially used and if you go off of even good/average to great /r/hardwareswap deals this would be quite cheaper and it's hard to add a building tax to a community full of builders.
CPU $200 - Ryzen 3600
MOBO $129 - MSI B450i
GPU $320 - RTX 2060
NVME $90 - Samsung 970 Evo
RAM $90 - XPG 3200 MHz 16GB RGB
COOLER $40 - Noctua NH-L9a
FAN $24 - 25mm 4000 RPM Delta Fan
PSU $90 - OP's model is OOS
Custom SFF Cables - $30-50
CASE - GEEEK A30 + Riser Cable + Shipping = $100.67 (for me)
This is $1,113 for everything, basically new.
I don't really think it's a terrible price at all but the nature of this sub seems to be getting great deals so you can pretty much build a PC you would have never had if you just bought everything new on Amazon etc, especially since I believe this sub is full of PC builders. I have seen some absurd deals on this sub reddit that make me want to quit my job so I can just refresh constantly and that's because I've had a full system for awhile. Just a little food for thought for anybody. With some commitment to checking here you can get a great build for way below retail cost of the parts.
I have tested different ones but this one has probably been my best purchase so far, Low noise and the output is roughly 489 W for the 500 w version and that has worked great for my recent builds

It was for server PC's and Xeons though I was hoping to use it for a normal rig though I found this one specifically made with 80% gold rated 400 watt psu for PC's and it does have a GPU connector: https://www.amazon.com/FSP-Solution-Efficiency-Supply-FSP400-60FGGBA/dp/B014G2OUG2
There is a version in the UK though it vanishes sometimes. But I will get this psu and put it on the bottom upside down.
Depending on if I use a gpu or not I was thinking of laying the gpu flat with a riser cable and having them all three flat next to each other and then just putting a 13 inch screen in front of them or on the panel behind them.
Not sure which is better. Would it be fine to put the screen in front of the parts if they have vents on the top and bottom and the sides of the case?
If I can't get access to a 3d printer then I might make it out of plywood and use standoffs of course and stuff.
You need NH-L9a, not NH-L9i.
All RTX 2060 requires a 8 pin PCIe plug. That Flex ATX PSU only give you a 6 pin.

Best 6pin card you can use is GTX 1060, which is just equal to GTX 970.
This PSU may give you more options.

1x6pin or 1x8pin, <= 182mm, 2 slot cards:

How many do you need and what wattage overall PSU.
This one has 1x6 pin, while this one has 1x8pin
Not sure if money is an issue here. . .but im confused why you're choosing a 1tb 970 pro and a gtx 1080, when you could get a 970 evo for ~170 new (with similar speeds), and an rtx 2070 for probably around the same price. Also, I'd recommend getting an fsp 400w psu and swapping the fan (so its at least gold certified) or the fsp 500w plat certified (i've heard the fan noise is nearly inaudible on that one). Higher certification so you don't get stuck with coil whine bc of higher quality capacitors (still possible, but unlikely).
edit: I also just realized you might've already purchased the gpu and psu, in that case, lets see them pics of the completed build!
You might be able to get away with a 300w psu, but I'd go for 400w to be safe. The 2600 and 1660ti should only peak at around 130w each so 260w for both, afaik. That leaves +/-140w headroom if you go with a 400w power system.
This is 1.5mm too big on one side(where your storage would go): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B014G2OUG2/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_U_x_0xH0Cb29FFS7Y
FSP makes some FlexATX PSUs in the 400-500 range, but the FSP500-50FSPT 500w one is is near impossible to find.
You can get the Gold 400W one off of Amazon - usually around $99. Sometimes the price dips a bit.
Otherwise, like BmanUltima said, SFX PSUs can be had up to 700w. The 500w Silverstone SFX-L is a high-quality popular one. They also have a 400w and 600w in standard SFX (not SFX-L).
edit: I forgot, you can also get replacement power supplies for the Shuttle XPC units, like this 500w one. I'd probably pick the FSP FlexATX or SFX PSU instead, though.
