Do you think that trying to funnel it into an activity like boxing or weight-lifting would "drain" it from you, so that you're safer around people? I've find flipping out, in some fashion, to be purgative and good for my emotions (whether sorrow, anger, etcetera).

A few years ago, when I was in the military, I was angry. Constantly full of rage, to the point where I was addicted to the rush of it all. Reading this book helped a great deal to break me of that.
