I have all 3 products suggested by /u/foxual cause I also have some wrist issues and they are pretty bad for gaming, do not buy them lol.
However the Logitech T650 is what i use for work and it is great, I also have used both MS Sculpt and 4000 which are ergonomic keyboards.
But what it has helped the most is this,
