I've been listening to:
Genius At Play: The Curious Mind of John Horton Conway, read by Jennifer Van Dyck. She does a really nice job capturing his spirit.

Conway is famous for his "Game of Life" (though he hates this) and the book does a nice job of discussing some of the other complex mathematical ideas Conway worked on without overwhelming with details.
Kenobi (Star Wars Legends), by John Jackson Miller and read by Jonathan Davis

The reading is good, but the story is fairly slow-going - I want more "Kenobi" in the book. Also the sound effects (so common, apparently in Star Wars audiobooks) are a bit overwhelming/tiring. I had listened to Tarkin as my first Starwars audiobook and I'm afraid it was done so well (both story and production) that the other books I've listened to are just not as enjoyable.
And after watching the AMC TV Series, Turn, I started listening to Washington's Spies: The Story of America's First Spy Ring by Alexander Rose, read by Kevin Pariseau.

For an historical account (vs. a dramatic retelling), it's pretty well done and the reader is solid.
