Indoor benches could work well. You could put them right along walls to give maximum space and the wall gives back support. These models are kind of pricey, but nice and upscale:

Personally, I'd probably go with one of the nicer benches of some sort. Nice and simple, maximixes space and stackable, but not too tacky.
