I'm a big fan of Ginger Chews. You can get a pack at Trader Joes for like $2 (Gingins). I don't even like ginger that much, but these really help, and have calories!

Here is a link to buy the candies from amazon. They are really freaking cheap, and they are actually good tasting, in my opinion at least, so you'll probably end up going through them a lot faster than you will use them for tripping with lol.
