If you're a dude I swear by Duluth Trading Company Buck Naked Underwear. Or you could always go with sport compression shorts. Really anything that's designated as "performance" wear you shouldnt have an issue. They are all moisture wicking.

Also Body Glide. (They have one "for her" too but I really don't know what the difference is...it's odorless) and Gold Bond body Powder. Will both do the trick in the park. Just sneak into a bathroom stall and slather it on. Keeps me going all day.
