You can make them yourself. What you do is print a document, business card, etc. using a laser printer, which works by fusing toner to the paper. Then you cut out the foil and tape it over the text you want to gild, and print a "blank" sheet, so that the paper travels through the printer again. The heat from the fuser will cause the foil to bond with the toner already on the paper and you'll have gold lettering. I used to do this on things like certificates and the titles on school reports.
